Kathryn is our Principle digital & marketing consultant After studying Fashion Management at London College of Fashion, Kathryn began to progress quickly within buying & merchandising, working with top fashion brands Topshop, Mulberry and New Look. Recruitment came as a different calling but a natural progression and the change to digital marketing was a breath of fresh air for her. Specialising in digital recruitment since 2012, Kathryn has worked at a number of agencies and has now bought her established network and expert industry knowledge to Freedom where she manages permanent digital and marketing hires.
Working with fashion and retail businesses across luxury, premium, high street and start ups, she focuses on finding the best digital & marketing talent globally across all levels covering digital marketers, web traders, content wizards, social media gurus, creative designers, search specialists and the ever sought after analysts Working in such a fast paced discipline, Kathryn keeps up with what her clients want now and what they may need for the future and is up to date with industry news which allows her to stay ahead of the game.

Marie has been working in the recruitment industry for over 6 years. She is a Principal Consultant at Freedom Digital and oversees the Creative, Digital & Advertising division working with leading global and independent agencies. Marie works a range of vacancies from Account Executives to CEO’s ; Copywriters, Art Directors and Executive Creative Directors as well as technical specialists.  

Marie has a strong focus on the French Market but also across Europe, including UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherland and globally – Australia, Asia and the Middle East.Marie has a degree in International Trade and she used to work for an independent PR and communications search consultancy in London which gives her an incredible insight into the industry. As an experienced recruitment professional, Marie is committed to provide an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates, taking the time to listen, understand and connect.

Personally, Marie loves to travel the world. Clocking up visits across Australia, Asia, South Africa, and Europe. Always planning her next vacation.Marie grew up in Pauillac where her father is a wine maker and her grand-mothers traditional French chefs; therefore she has appreciation for fine wine and exceptional food.


Originally from the South of France, Aurelie has recently moved to London after living and working in Paris after she graduated. She is a positive and dynamic consultant with a great sense of humour! Aurelie is passionate about discovering new countries, fashion and digital – a great mix to lead the International Digital desk specialising in fashion!
Aurelie graduated with a master in Finance from a business school in Paris. She interned at a recruitment agency with the intention of staying in finance but the founder offered her a recruitment consultant role because he knew she would of got bored with finance!
Starting her recruitment career in 2009, she is now a Principal Consultant here at Freedom and a expert in digital and marketing roles. She has had most success across a range of positions including, Digital Graphic Designers, Developers, E-commerce Managers and Digital Directors. Her key piece of advice for candidates is to be prepared – it is very important to research the company and the people you are meeting if you are at interview stage.



Having previous established himself for a number of years within the Digital Tech space. Daniel is now one of the driving forces within our change and transformation team, using relationships that have been built over the last 20 years within Freedom. He is able to cover all levels and is becoming the go to consultant to find your next strategist, project manager or managing consultant.
